The OPSFORGED Kubernetes Incident Troubleshooting Playbook is delivered digitally and provides immediate access after a successful purchase.

Refunds

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Duplicate or technical issues

If you are charged more than once, receive a corrupted file, or cannot access your purchase, contact us with your order email and transaction reference. We will investigate and provide replacement access or an appropriate resolution.
